What we do

We are not a law firm and we do not give legal or financial advice. We ask you some questions and, if it looks like we may be able to help, we pass your enquiry to a firm that handles claims of this kind.

Our service is free to you. We may be paid by the firms we work with. This does not change what you pay.

Any agreement to take on your claim is between you and that firm, on their own terms, which they will explain before you sign anything.

You can complain to your bank and to the Financial Ombudsman Service yourself, free of charge.

No guarantee

We cannot promise that a firm will take on your case, or that any money will be recovered. Results depend on your circumstances.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with our service, email info@surgeflowgrowth.com. Tell us your name, the email address you used and what went wrong. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to give you a full answer within 8 weeks.

A complaint about a firm's handling of your claim should go to that firm first.

Changes and law

We may update these terms from time to time. The date below shows when they last changed.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
